"I had been with USAA since 1984, but I could not get any discounts for having no accidents or being a customer for years. I contacted State farm bc my son had also left USAA. I didn’t initially switch over I wanted to be certain, after 6 months and trying to get a better quote, I switched. No pressure from State Farm, they told me, we’re here call us when you’re ready. Easy switch, took the time to view what we discussed months earlier."

"So my review was obviously reported and removed. I was with them for a year and my auto policy got canceled after modifying my policy (removing a vehicle). I hit a tow mirror that ended up causing me to make a claim. Found out that my policy was canceled. It caused no damage to my vehicle and State Farm ultimately handled the issue. Keep in mind I never received noticed I was canceled. Also I filed a civil suit and won after they assigned fault. I had a bundled policy and just decided to get a new auto loan after. About a month goes by and I get a cancellation notice stating that I requested to cancel my home owners policy. When the dust settled I lost a good bit of money and never had confidence in my policy. For the record o had never used an agent and just bought policies online. I’ll always shop annually for a policy as anyone should, but I’ll never consider State Farm even if they beat my rate."
